Human Resource Management Practices in Bangladesh: A Case Study on National Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET)

Abstract

NIET of companies today symbolizes a name–a state of mind. From the inception in 2007. NIET Polytechnic today is more than just an organization; it is an institute. In a career spanning across fifteen (Almost) decades it has pioneered the development of the local business in fields as diverse as Computer, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Marin, Automobile, Surveying, Electronics, Ship-Building, Textile etc. National Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET), is holding Privet polytechnic the strong leadership position in the of Bangladesh since 2010. NIET today is more than just an organization; it is a privet polytechnic institute. A workforce of about 100 the NIET polytechnic is a true icon of the Bangladesh privet polytechnic institute. In this report I gave more focus on NIET polytechnic. I have discussed the history and growth stage of NIET polytechnic. Its Address 69/E, Panthapath, Dhaka-1205 Bangladesh I recently have done my Internship report in NIET polytechnic, in which I got training from each of its department. The Internship report basically revolved around the product knowledge training. The system, the style of working & the commitment of the employees in NIET polytechnic is exemplary. I have all my practical efforts in the form of this manuscript that’s the asset for my future career. Then I have done a detailed with theoretical framework, company overview, HRM practices, SWOT analysis & Findings. NIET polytechnic Report provides a complete overview of the Institute affairs. All available data is presented in a comprehensive and easily accessed format. The report contains the company’s profile and information about The vision, mission principal activities, objectives, locations, and organization structure. This report provides relevant news, an analysis of R & D activity, distribution channel and stock price movements. The report also enables direct comparison to be made between NIET polytechnic and its competitors.
