An analysis of Operational Management on PriyoShop.com Ltd.
Abstract
During my internship period at “PriyoShop.Com Ltd.", which has been known as a B2C marketplace since February 2013. Later in 2021, It Started its journey as a B2B marketplace. So, now it is Bangladesh's biggest B2B marketplace where consumer purchases their products within a short time. So, I have worked for different corporate clients, and Focallure is one of them.
In my report, I have tried to portray the Growth and challenges of Operational Management in Supply chain procurement and how it reaches people through the rebranding of different brands. To find out the real information and gain the most acknowledgment about the company's supply chain procurement Process as well as their operational management system. Solving the issues with the previous logo, introducing a new value proposition, and reaching more people at a time, nowadays, "PriyoShop.com Ltd." is one of the fastest-growing B2B marketplaces in Bangladesh.Currently, they are serving more than 44000 MSMEs in Dhaka, Chattogram, Feni, Chadpur, and so on. Moreover, for the rebranding of Focallure the time of Brand Week, they used social media most, over traditional media. In this report, I have tried my level best to exemplify the basic functions of business operation, which are exercised in "PriyoShop.Com Ltd. I have analyzed the operation process supply chain procurement “PriyoShop.Com Ltd" from the view of theoretical definition, practical application, basic principles followed, and technology used in the whole process.
The report also discussed the "PriyoShop.Com Ltd" goals, mission, and vision. This report focuses on this Organization’s one of the sister concerns with specific products and the full business operation process.
