| dc.description.abstract | As a part of academic requirement and completion of Regular Bachelor of Business
Administration program, I have been assigned to complete internship report on “Recruitment
Process on Universal Menswear Ltd.” under my supervisor Ashik Das.
As usual, primary data and secondary data were used to prepare this report. Primary data came
from my day to day observation and interviewing employees. Secondary data were collected by
Organisational employees, hand book, website, and relevant books. I tried to minimise bias and
produce and unbiased report.
“Recruitment Process” is a slice of human resource process, as such I have selected this topic to
make it clear.
As a Senior Executive (HR & Compliance) in a reputed organisation “Universal Menswear Ltd.”
I have tried to go through their Recruitment Process to employee within my tenure of last six
years.
The report starts with a general introduction “Universal Menswear Ltd.” and then comes the
introduction of “Universal Menswear Ltd.” as well as origin of the report, Statement of research
problem, Objective of the report. The Mission and Vision of “Universal Menswear Ltd.” are also
discussed. Then this report proceeds onto the preliminary discussion about the products of
“Universal Menswear Ltd.”
After that I tried to shed a light on the HR structure of Universal Menswear Ltd. All the function
of HR department is briefly described here. After that I continue on the main focus of the report
“Recruitment Process on Universal Menswear Ltd.” describing the different steps are well
described.
After completion of this report it can easily be said that efficient, competent and active part in
Human Resource Management practices take a company to the peak of the success. | en_US |
