dc.description.abstractBank Asia Ltd is one of the largest successful banks in Bangladesh. In Bangladesh it has good market reputation and market position. This report mainly deals with the existing Employee Training and Development analysis of Bank Asia Ltd. Based on my practical knowledge and experience I have made this report. I have surveyed questionnaire among 10 employees of Bank Asia Ltd Ghagotia UDC. I have prepared my report based on the information and data that I have got from the Ghagotia UDC and from the head office. I have also tried to collect information regarding the particular topic. I have tried various sources like internet, questionnaire, field data etc. Training and development is one of the most significant areas that every bank emphasizes on to develop their manpower to sever their customer best and to survive in the market. So is Bank Asia Ltd. The HR of Bank Asia Ltd maintains a structured and organized training structure to train their employees by better trainers. The ultimate objective of the training is nothing but ensuring the overall development of the employees and achieving competitive advantages through skilled employees.en_US
