| dc.description.abstract | This internship report titled “The Role of Planning, Reporting, and Data Entry Operations in
Enhancing Project Efficiency: A Case Study on Dream 71 Ltd under the UNDP Project” is
submitted as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration
(BBA) program at Sonargaon University.
The primary objective of this report is to present an overview of the practical experience I gained
during my internship at Dream 71 Ltd, specifically under a project funded by the United Nations
Development Program (UNDP). The report highlights my involvement in key functional areas
including data entry operations, project planning support, and the preparation of reports for both
internal use and external stakeholders.
Dream 71 Ltd is a well-reputed ICT company in Bangladesh known for delivering innovative
software and digital solutions, particularly in collaboration with government and development
agencies. During the internship, I had the opportunity to closely observe and participate in the
operational processes that support the successful delivery of such projects.
The report discusses the organizational structure of Dream 71, the goals and functions of its quality
control department, and the software development life cycle followed within the company. It also
covers how digital technologies are applied to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning, data
handling, and reporting. Based on my experience and observation, the report includes a detailed
analysis of strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Key findings indicate that Dream 71 maintains effective processes supported by digital tools, but
it can benefit from more automation, structured training programs, and additional human resources
during high-demand periods. The report concludes with practical recommendations to further
strengthen operations.
This internship has allowed me to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical
experience, equipping me with essential skills and insights that will serve as a strong foundation
