    Abstract
The Design and Implementation of an Automated Product Sorting System Based on Size, Weight, and Material Using a Conveyor Belt. Is an intelligent and fully automated solution designed to enhance industrial sorting operation. This system classifies products based on three key physical properties: size, weight, and material type (metal or non-metal), utilizing a conveyor belt system integrated with various sensors. While the ultrasonic sensor accurately measures their dimensions. A load cell with HX711 module evaluates the product's weight, and an inductive proximity sensor distinguishes between metallic and non-metallic items. An Arduino microcontroller serves as the brain of the system, processing real-time data from the sensors. Based on the analysis, the microcontroller activates servo motors to divert products into specific bins according to their category. This process is fast, precise, and eliminates the need for manual labor, thereby reducing human error and increasing operational efficiency. The system is particularly useful in packaging, logistics, recycling, and manufacturing industries, where accurate and high-speed sorting is critical. Its modular design allows for scalability and customization according to specific industrial needs. By automating the sorting process, this system provides a smart, efficient, and cost-effective approach to modern product handling.
