This project introduces an innovative concept of a Treadmill Bicycle integrated with Timer and Speed Measurement using a Microcontroller, designed to promote sustainable mobility and fitness in a unique way. The system combines the functionality of a treadmill with a bicycle, where the rider walks or runs on the treadmill surface to generate motion and propel the bicycle forward. Unlike conventional cycles that rely on pedaling, this design emphasizes walking or jogging, making it suitable for health-conscious users who wish to exercise while traveling. A microcontroller is embedded into the system to measure speed, distance, and time through sensors. The collected data is displayed on an LCD, allowing the rider to monitor performance in real time. This integration not only motivates physical activity but also enhances safety and efficiency by providing accurate travel metrics. The Treadmill Bicycle presents a futuristic alternative to eco-friendly transport while encouraging healthy lifestyles, energy efficiency, and creative engineering innovation..en_US
