    Abstract
    The main objective of this project is to design and fabricate a motorized vegetable cutting machine that is simple, efficient, and cost-effective. The machine is intended to reduce the time and effort required for vegetable preparation while maintaining uniform size reduction. A compact and robust design has been developed to ensure safety, reliability, and ease of operation. The performance of the machine has been evaluated in terms of cutting speed, efficiency, and durability. This motorized vegetable cutting machine is suitable for households, restaurants, and small-scale food processing units, providing a practical solution for faster and more convenient vegetable preparation.
