To ensure long term marketing success, the company should focus on strengthening its Digital Marketing Planning and Resource Management. This includes data-driven recruitment of marketing professionals, continuous skill development, and a performance-based evaluation system that rewards innovation and results. Encouraging initiatives like monthly recognition or team-building activities can boost team morale and enhance overall marketing performance. Furthermore, the company should establish a dedicated Market Analysis and Research Unit to monitor both domestic and international markets. This team will identify emerging market opportunities, analyze competitor movements, and recommend strategic marketing decisions.
