Abstract

Finding a suitable job and hiring the right employee is a major challenge in today’s competitive world. Many job seekers struggle to find job opportunities that match their skills, while employers face difficulty in finding qualified and reliable candidates. This project aims to solve these problems by developing an online job portal system for both job seekers and employers. The proposed system provides a single platform where candidates can search and apply for jobs, and employers can post job vacancies and find new candidates easily. Job seekers can create their profiles, upload resumes, and apply for jobs based on their qualifications, skills, and interests. Employers can register, post job details, view candidate profiles, and select suitable applicants. The system helps reduce the time and effort required in the traditional job searching and hiring process. It also improves communication between job seekers and employers by providing quick and easy access to job-related information. This platform is designed to be user-friendly, secure, and efficient so that users with basic technical knowledge can use it without difficulty. Overall, this project helps job seekers find better job opportunities and assists employers in hiring new and suitable employees.
