The research extensively examined the effects of Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangements on employee productivity within service-based companies in Dhaka, integrating both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide a holistic understanding. The study considered multiple dimensions influencing remote work effectiveness, including technological readiness, home work environment, flexibility, communication, work-life balance, and employee satisfaction. By combining survey results, correlation analyses, and semi-structured interviews with managers and team leaders, the research not only evaluated individual and organizational productivity outcomes but also contextualized them within the broader urban service-sector environment, providing evidence-based insights for policy and managerial practice. While WFH offers significant potential for increased autonomy and flexibility, environmental, technological, and managerial challenges must be addressed to maximize productivity. These insights provide actionable guidance for managers, policymakers, and researchers seeking to optimize remote work in densely populated urban environments.en_US
