    Abstract
This study explores the relationship between employee motivation and organizational commitment in multinational companies. Primary data were collected through a survey of employees working in multinational organizations to understand how different motivational factors influence their commitment to the organization. Key factors such as salary, career growth, recognition, and work environment were considered in the analysis. Secondary sources, including academic articles and previous studies, were also reviewed to support the research. The findings show that employee motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Employees who feel motivated are more likely to remain loyal, engaged, and committed to their organizations. The study suggests that multinational companies should focus on effective motivational practices to strengthen employee commitment and improve overall performance.
