    Abstract
This thesis examines the role of digitalization and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in enhancing supply chain efficiency within the printing and packaging accessories manufacturing industry in Bangladesh. The study is conducted as a case-based analysis of Noman Group, a well established manufacturing organization engaged in producing auto cartons, poly, offset printing, and labeling solutions for both local and export-oriented markets. The company serves globally recognized buyers such as IKEA, H&M, and Walmart, making supply chain efficiency a critical success factor. The research focuses on the implementation and utilization of Oracle ERP at Noman Group, particularly across key supply chain–related modules including Inventory, Production, and partially implemented Procurement functions. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate how digitalization through ERP systems contributes to operational visibility, coordination, and efficiency across supply chain activities, while also identifying existing gaps between ERP potential and actual operational outcomes. The findings reveal that Oracle ERP implementation at NG has significantly improved inventory visibility, data traceability, and coordination among internal departments. ERP-supported processes have enhanced inventory accuracy and enabled more structured planning and monitoring of supply chain activities. However, despite these improvements, the study identifies several persistent challenges. These include relatively high supply chain lead time, inconsistent supplier performance, finance-related approval delays affecting procurement, insufficient ERP training for users, and weak coordination between supply chain and production teams. Based on the findings, the study proposes practical recommendations including structured ERP training programs, strengthening supplier performance management through digital monitoring, improving interdepartmental coordination, implementing KPI-driven supply chain monitoring, and integrating sustainability considerations into supply chain processes. By addressing these issues, NG can achieve improved lead time reduction, better on-time delivery performance, enhanced operational efficiency, and long-term competitive advantage. This study contributes to both academic and practical understanding by providing real-world insights into ERP-driven digitalization within the printing and packaging manufacturing sector of Bangladesh.
