    Distribution and Promotional Strategy of the Flexible Printing Industry in Bangladesh: A Case Study on BRAC Printing Pack

    Abstract
    This report is based on “Distribution and Promotional Strategy of the Printing Industry in Bangladesh: “A Case Study on BRAC Printing Pack” with the broad objective of assessment of Distribution and Promotional Strategy along with some other specific objectives: to analyze and evaluate the sustainable practices within the Distribution and Promotional channel of BRAC Printing Pack; to assess opportunities of practicing Distribution and Promotional management of BRAC Printing Pack; and to assess how Distribution and Promotional Strategy contribute to the BRAC Printing Pack's overall growth. This study was begun with an exploration of feasibility of this study which included to go through the theoretical framework, literature review, etc. The research methodology involved a case study approach, focusing on selected organization of BRAC Printing Pack (BPP) of Bangladesh. Key findings revealed that BRAC Printing Pack (BPP) is practicing a suitable distribution and promotional strategy throughout delivering finished goods to the clients. Thus, this strategy plays an important role in achieving overall sales revenue of BPP. The study highlighted several insights of distribution and promotion strategy of BRAC Printing Pack (BPP) included Distribution relies almost entirely on direct B2B supply and relationship-based networks, Promotional strategies are heavily traditional and technical, Digital promotion remains underdeveloped, Firms that showcase quality, certifications, and innovation gain competitive advantage, BPP can get advantage on this ground. And there is a market gap for offering small-batch rotogravure solutions. Though this study found out some challenges of BRAC Printing Pack (BPP) to improve distribution and promotion more strategically, there have been provided some recommendations to overcome those challenges as well. In conclusions, from this study it can be said that BRAC Printing Pack (BPP) is a successful organization of maintaining proper distribution and promotional channels.
