The management of each organization is unique, with its own operational environment and specific requirements. Regardless of the sector, company, or organization (educational institutions, manufacturing companies, IT companies, hospitality, events, entertainment, etc.), feedback to management is rarely positive. As a result, its execution is subject to numerous constraints that limit the organization’s efficiency and progress, always having a significant negative impact on employees. Effective management depends on identifying problems and deficiencies, as well as managing constraints through strategic and short-term planning. While the strategic plan gives an overall view of the management strategy and its implementation, the short-term planning details operational constraints and presents a precise plan of tasks to be carried out in a relatively short period of time. Ideally, these detailed reports should reflect the reality on the ground. When people ask me about the management in my company, the immediate response is often: "Awful and bad." Our management isn't working for us, nor for the company. To date, no one has studied the facts or the root causes of this entirely negative view of managers and leadership. I chose a broad research topic because the authenticity of management, its fundamental concepts, roles and responsibilities, visibility, and objectives remain the same worldwide. This concept is universal, and that's precisely why I believe my topic is original, relevant, and all the more important because no one has ever addressed the issue of chaotic management. With over 17 years of experience in senior management positions, I've observed that the real problem lies in understanding the causes of leadership failures, the steps to take to curb this negativity, and the strategies to improve management. My research will have a positive and significant impact and will be useful to many managers, both new and experienced, as well as to numerous organizations and to industrial management.en_US
