    Abstract
The Solar Based Belt Type Oil Skimmer with IoT System is designed to efficiently remove floating oil from polluted water bodies using renewable energy and smart monitoring. It employs an oleophilic belt mechanism that selectively attracts oil, lifts it from the water surface, and scrapes it into a collection container for safe disposal or recycling. The system is powered by solar energy, making it suitable for remote and off grid locations. An integrated IoT module monitors motor status, oil level, and power availability in real time, sending data to the cloud for remote supervision. This project offers an eco-friendly, automated, and cost-effective solution for water pollution control.
