This research aims to identify “Prevention of child labour in Bangladesh: A study on the basis of domestic law and international law’’ as a social evil. Child labor is gradually being recognized as a multidimensional social problem in our country. Socio-cultural realities culminate in attempts to identify children's needs or what is considered best for them. Therefore, children often have 'no voice' to express their own needs. The purpose of the present study is to find out the reasons behind child Labor as well as to recommend to protect "the future of the nation" from the oppression of the present money-oriented world.en_US
