Refugee Rights and International Law: The Rohingya Crisis in Bangladesh”

Abstract

This thesis mainly aims at the problems of the refugee has been among the most complicated issue before the work community for a long time. Many discussions have taken place for searching or a more effective way to protect and assist these vulnerable groups of human being. Human rights, democracy and development are core elements of the United Nations Charter. The later part of the last Century (20 century) underscored the importance of the respect for and observance of human rights as one of the fundamental obligations of the member states. The treatment of the refugees come within the ambit of human rights.
