Abstract
The implementation of Admissibility and Reliability of Digital Evidence in Criminals Trials:
Challenges in the Modern Criminal Procedure System . It has given rise to new opportunities in every
field we can think of – be it entertainment, business, sports or education. With the advent of
Information Technology (IT), Internet and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the
world civilization is facing new dimension of criminal offence. This chapter firstly identifies the
definition and then focuses on history and background of Digital Evidences Act crime, nature of
Digital Evidences Act crime, Classification of Digital Evidences Act Crime. Crime‘ is more or less
known to each individual on his own stand point, while ‗Digital Evidences Act‘ is almost vague in
meaning to the same. Digital Evidences Act crime is criminal activity done using computers and the
Internet. This includes anything from downloading illegal music files to stealing millions of dollars
from online bank accounts. Digital Evidences Act crime also includes non-monetary offenses, such as
creating and distributing viruses on other computers or posting confidential business information on
