    Abstract
The Garment industry is the most important source of foreign currency. Bangladesh has about 2,500 garment factories and 10 million people are dependent one it directly or indirectly an about 80 percent garment workers are woman. The garments sector has become an important institution for reduction of poverty. But the workers face many problems during working time and outside. The foreign investors are only concentrating their local business. They do not talk about the rights of the workers. The Government is also not interested to the point. Not only that, the garments owners are pocketing a huge sum of money but they do not think about the welfare of their labour. As a result the workers have to work under an unfriendly environment. No friendly relationship exists between the workers group and owners. Sometimes workers need to sacrifice their lives too. Every year we can see a lot of garments workers die in several accident that take place in the industries. Sometimes fire explodes and takes away human lives, sometimes buildings collapses and destroys that kill workers. Day by day the amounts of workers death are increasing. But after a few days later of the accident, everyone forget the tragedy. It is the present scenario of our country. Again the workers do not paid with their monthly wages and bonus duly. In fact, they build our economy with their hard labour but they do not get proper right.
