A person who owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such events, is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it he is known as a refugee. The paper offers a conceptual framework on refugees in Bangladesh for the rights sociological study of refugees under International Laws. It is centred on the migrants and the social world in which they are embedded. The social world is the sum of all the migrants' relationships and of the forces impinging on them at any moment. It can be explored through the social networks of migrants and the changes they undergo during migration and resettlement. The argument is illustrated by examples taken from ethnographies of migration and social change. I have discussed different elements about the refugees in my research such as- objectives of the study, research of methodology, conceptual analysis of refugees, criteria of refugee and their status, different rights of refugees, major problem of refugees, Present status of the refugees in Bangladesh, findings and recommendations eten_US
