The internship report, "Role of Accounts Department in Managing Individual and Corporate Tax Compliance: A Study on FSC Solutions Ltd.” explores into the country of Accounting & Taxation Services. During my internship, I focused on learning how Tax & Accounting Consultancy Firm conduct Tax Service, Accounting Service and the techniques they use to ensure that Individual & Corporate Tax information is accurate and follows the rules. The primary objective of this study is to analyze how the Accounts Department supports tax compliance processes, including record-keeping, financial reporting, tax calculation, return preparation, and submission. The study also explores how the department provides advisory services to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining legal compliance. The findings indicate that the Accounts Department acts as the backbone of Tax Consultancy Services. For individual clients, it ensures proper assessment, deduction claims, tax rebate claims & timely filling of online Tax Return. For Corporate clients, the department handles more complex tasks such as Preparing Audit Financial Statement, Corporate Tax Planning, Vat Compliance, Regulatory Reporting & timely filling of manual Tax Return.
