This internship report has been prepared on the topic “Digital Branding and Lead Generation Strategy of Academy of Business Professionals – ABP”, based on the practical experience gained during the internship period at Academy of Business Professionals (ABP), one of the leading professional training and consultancy institutes in Bangladesh. The report attempts to study how a professional training brand operating in a highly competitive education market positions itself, communicates with its target audience, and converts digital interest into qualified enrolments through systematic lead generation. Academy of Business Professionals operates under the Foundation for Research, Innovation, Environment, and Development (FRIEND) and offers a wide portfolio of academic and professional programmes, including Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) courses in Human Resource Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Science & Business Analytics, Strategic Branding & Marketing, Risk & Compliance Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL), Islamic Banking & Finance, Professional Accounting and Finance, and Project Management for the NGO and Development sector. In addition, ABP runs a wide range of professional certificate courses, executive workshops and corporate training programmes, supported by recognised endorsements from organisations such as the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA), Edupro UK, the CPD Certification Service UK, and the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Bahrain. The report has been organised into six chapters. Chapter One sets out the context, rationale, objectives, scope and limitations of the study. Chapter Two presents an organisational overview of ABP, including its background, vision, mission, services, audience segments, brand positioning, digital presence, and a SWOT analysis. Chapter Three explains the research methodology, including the descriptive and qualitative research design, sources of data, methods of data collection, and analytical tools applied. Chapter Four describes the internship activities and job responsibilities, with particular focus on social media content development, copywriting, campaign planning, audience analysis, landing page communication, WhatsApp follow-up support, and coordination with the design and student support teams. Chapter Five forms the analytical core of the report. It examines ABP’s overall digital branding approach, course-specific positioning for major PGD programmes, social media content strategy, lead generation funnel, audience segmentation, landing page communication, and ad campaign performance. The analysis suggests that course-specific positioning, outcome-focused messaging, structured landing pages and disciplined WhatsApp follow-up are the most powerful levers in ABP’s lead generation system, while consistency of brand voice across channels is essential to protect longen_US
