Discover Bangladesh Tourism System

Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the world, and Bangladesh has immense potential due to its natural beauty, cultural heritage, and historical landmarks. However, the lack of a centralized and reliable digital platform makes it difficult for tourists to plan their trips efficiently. This project, titled “Discover Bangladesh Tourism System,” aims to develop a web-based platform that provides a complete tourism solution. The system allows users to explore destinations, book travel packages, find hotels and transportation, and interact with service providers in a single platform. The system is designed using modern web technologies and follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, specifically the V-model, to ensure structured development and testing. It includes modules such as user management, booking system, partner integration, and review system. The proposed system helps users save time, reduce costs, and simplify travel planning. It also supports business partners like hotels, travel agencies, and service providers, creating a complete tourism ecosystem.Overall, this project contributes to the digitalization of Bangladesh’s tourism industry and enhances the travel experience for both local and international tourists.
