Today’s world demands cost effective metals to meet the daily needs in plenty of
different areas, such as, electric equipment’s, raw materials for production,
transportation, construction, factory machineries, etc. Besides production, the
environmental matter comes as a major concern in terms of waste management. If
the metal contains more biodegradable elements, it is simpler to be decomposed,
that helps the environments survival in a great way. This study involves synthesis
of hybrid composites by addition of the desired amount of Rice Husk Ash (RHA),
Cow Dung Ash (CDA), and Jute Stick Ash (JSA) particles into the molten Al alloy
through stir casting technique fallowed by hot forging of the cast composites. The
influence of mixing Bio-ash particles (such as, RHA, CDA, JSA) has a direct
impact on the mechanical properties that influence many factors, like impact,
bending hardness, direct shear strength, tensile strength etc. This report indicates
hardness, direct shear strength and tensile strength tests where, a fixed amount of
bio-ashes is mixed with alloy and compared to each hybrid composites
