    Abstract
    Controlling fuel injector positions is recognized as a challenge for injection spark ignition engines. These papers give a comprehensive overview of the study about the structure, measurement and impact of the engine's injector space. It also shows how to check the injector fuel flow rate, spray characteristics and injector cleanup. One of the worst consequences of injector fouling is pre-ignition and engine faults. The injector tester consists of a small tank, pump, filter, beaker tube. The device has been used ECU with adapter to open and close the injector under constant pressure. Our thesis objective are increase the efficiency by running the engine smoothly and decrease the pollutant by proper burning the fuel in the engine cylinder. The ECU analyzes the data obtained from various sensors and determines the amount of fuel needed immediately and provides the directive to send the required current to the solenoid to open the injector. The fuel supplied by the pump is sprayed with the injector at the prescribed pressure when the injector's valve is opened. Acceleration of the EFI system is completed very quickly. All injectors are spraying in the cylinder, the engine efficiency will increased and also reduced the engine knocking and detonation. When the equivalent fuel spray is organized the ignition in the cylinder is done properly, thus reducing the amount of contaminants such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide. If the amount of contaminants is reduced, our environment will be much less pollution free. Fuel injection system are most important engineering application in automobile engine. There are observed the system it should be improved fuel spray of the engine that the fuel consumption reduce
