ABSTRACT
In this project, the automation system is developed where we have, an automatic lamp, an
automatic temperature control fan and visitor counting system on the digital conference hall/class
room. Both of these systems will be placed using microcontroller. A microcontroller is used to
obtain values of physical conditions through sensors connected to it. We are using LDR sensor for
controlling automatic light in the digital conference hall. We are using IR sensor for counting
visitor IN/OUT/ Present in the system. When the digital conference hall temperature rises to 28°c
than fan-1 is automatically ON. When the temperature is less than 28°c than fan-1will be
automatically off. When the digital conference hall rises to 29°c than fan-2 automatically is ON
and when the temperature is less than 28°c than fan-2 will be automatically off. It also uses fire
detection sensor and temperature sensor. All data are shown in the LCD display.
Electricity bill reduce and energy saving system. Reduce maintenance cost. Automatically shown
the number (IN/OUT/Present) of presence in the LCD Display. Our main aim is visitor counter
and control the energy saving system. The System is based on the interruption of IR beam. An IR
pillar is utilized as the wellspring of light bar. Visitor Counter with Automatic Room Light
Controller and Microcontroller as the master controller has two sections. The IR transmitter and
receiver, diode. The capacity to consequently control light and fan would enable the clients to feel
acclamation without physically controlling them, which would be helpful for handicapped or
elderly persons as well
