    Abstract
    Hydraulic Press Machines are mainly used to reduce the human work. It is used for blanking, punching, deep drawing, and metal forming operations very easily. By using hydraulic cylinder, it generates a compressive force. Frame and cylinder are the main components of the hydraulic press. The frame and cylinder are modeled by using AutoCAD software. Hydraulic Press Machine uses pressurized liquid to create force. These machines are composed of a simple cylinder and piston mechanism. The press consists of a large cylinder, with a large piston, and a small cylinder and a small piston and the function of the hydraulic press depends on Pascal's Principle. To make the operations easy we did not use any pressure gauge in this project which may lead to material demerge also it may cause hydraulic lines burst resulting serious human injuries. On the other hand, handling of hydraulic oils can be quite messy. Finally Using the optimum resources possible in designing the hydraulic press components can affect reduction in the cost by optimizing the weight of material utilized for building the structure. Hydraulic fluid is pumped manually thus ensuring that the machine does not require electrical energy for its operation thereby acquiring no operational costs.
