    Abstract
    Moyna is a web-based chatbot project built using PHP programming language, designed to provide a user-friendly interface for simulating conversations with end-users. This chatbot application enables users to ask questions and make queries, receiving automated responses generated by the chatbot. Moyna offers a versatile and user-friendly platform for efficient and interactive communication between users and the chatbot, with administrators having full control over its responses and system settings. This project represents an innovative approach to enhancing user engagement and support in online environments through the integration of chatbot technology. The heart of the system lies in its robust admin panel, where administrators can effortlessly manage and fine-tune the chatbot's responses. The admin panel offers an array of features related to chatbot information, including customization options for the welcome message, handling queries with no results, and even the ability to manage avatars. A key feature of this system is its response management. Administrators can store responses in the system, associating them with relevant questions to ensure prompt and accurate responses to user queries. Additionally, the system records query that couldn't be answered, allowing administrators to assess their relevance to the site and create responses for these unanswered questions when appropriate. Technologically, the project employs a dynamic blend of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap, using the AdminLTE template to create an engaging user experience. The back-end is powered by PHP (version 8.0.2) and utilizes a MySQL database with MySQLi Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) for seamless data management.
