| dc.description.abstract | This is a projec-t to develop a Client Management Systern (CMS) system. Client rnanagerneut system
(CMS) is a cornbination ofpeople, processes and technology that seeks to understard a compeny's
clients. The main purpose of CMS is to improve the relationship with the clients by using different
module like analysis, client ssrvice and otlrcrs. The objective to do this project is to develop a system
which can help the organizations to decrease their defection rate of clients. Because the lower defection
rate means the bigger clieirt hase, which lead to more profit for the organization.
CMS ia this project is included few modules" The rnodules included are client filtering, client profiling
and meting tools. Client filtering allows lhe user filter out a client list from the client database by using
clisrt's dsmographic information. Client profiling to makes each client is having a profile; the user
may see the client's profile included analysis of elient- Meting Tools let the users to knorr how rnany
times nneeting was cornpleted with the client After that, the user can see the analysis of the client
response status.
The tools used to develop this CMS included PFIP, Web serv€tr, Mysql, javascript HTML, CSS, jquery
