Specializing in ceramic and gres porcelain wall and floor tiles, tableware, sanitary ware and faucets, the Company has the capacity to produce 118 million square meters of tiles, 5 million pieces of sanitary ware, 24 million pieces of porcelain tableware and 1 million pieces of faucets per year at our 21 state-of-the-art plants across the United Arab Emirates, India and Bangladesh. Headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, we serve clients in more than 150 countries through our network of operational hubs in Europe, Middle East and North Africa, Asia, North and South America and Australia. The structure of the business in its current state is representative of a UAE-Bangladesh joint venture project. This report is intended to explain the whole Supply Chain Process of RAK Ceramics Bangladesh Limited. Here we firstly tried to find the current practices of supply chain on the first part of the report. This analysis emphasizes on the major aspects of supply chain within a country which are Supply Chain Strategy, Sourcing and Procurement, Material Management, Manufacturing and Quality Control, Logistics and transportation. We have arranged them as per information could be gathered from both inside and outside of the company. After the analysis this report focuses on the findings of the analysis. A SWOT analysis is there to guide through the findings of the analysis. At the end few steps of recommendations are suggested in order to indicate a greater future for the company.en_US
