Ltd. The study assesses how supplier selection impacts operational efficiency, product quality, and competitiveness in the Garments sector. As the demand for Garments continues to rise, driven by increasing global needs, effective supplier selection has become crucial for maintaining competitiveness and ensuring high-quality products in this international market. The study begins by exploring the theoretical framework surrounding supplier selection and supply chain management. Key concepts from established literature, such as supplier selection and supplier evaluation, are examined. The research methodology adopts a case study approach, focusing on garment manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. Data collection involved interviews with industry professionals, as well as an analysis of supplier records and performance metrics.en_US
