Democracy International (DI) is a well-regarded organization known for its commitment to excellence in humanitarian aid. Established in Bangladesh for over 20 years, DI began its operations in the country in 2011. The organization was designed to expand the Democratic Contribution and Reform Program (DPR) and the USAID Ain Shoyata Activity, which is funded by USAID and DFID. Additionally, DI supported its research initiatives with a Computer-Aided Phone Survey System, the first of its kind in Bangladesh.
