Human Resource Management Practice in Bangladesh: A Case Study on Akib Builders Limited

Abstract

This report is designed based on my theoretical knowledge and Practical experience. It is designed to have practical knowledge while passing through the theatrical understanding. The report is the result of a three-month internship program with Akib Limited, Dhaka. The report contains an Introduction, an overview of Akib Builders Limited, the HRM of Akib Builders Limited, project activities, and a conclusion. I have focused on the concept about the concept. The objective and limitations of the report also have been discussed; the limitations have been time limit, confidentiality, knowledge and experience, etc. I discussed a brief history of Akib Builders Limited. Here is an overview of Akib Builders Limited. This part also includes mission, Vision, Management structure, Staffing, Training & Development, Motivation, and Maintenance of the ABL. At the end of the study, I have mentioned the findings according to the research part. In that part, I have mentioned some recommendations for Akib Builders Limited based on my findings. Regarding the activities they may follow. I hope they will benefit from. ⅶ
