    Abstract
This internship report titled “Impact of Mobile Financial Services on Financial Inclusion of Bangladesh: A Case Study on Nagad Ltd.” has been prepared as a partial requirement for the completion of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at Sonargaon University. The study focuses on how mobile financial services (MFS), particularly Nagad Ltd., contribute to enhancing financial inclusion in Bangladesh. The primary objective of this report is to analyze the role of Nagad in providing affordable, accessible, and reliable financial services to the unbanked and underbanked population of Bangladesh. The report examines how Nagad’s services—such as mobile payments, money transfers, bill payments, and savings—are enabling individuals to participate in the formal financial system, thereby promoting economic empowerment and reducing financial exclusion. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary information was collected through discussions and observations during the internship, while secondary data were gathered from company documents, annual reports, journals, and online resources. Analytical tools and conceptual frameworks were applied to evaluate Nagad’s performance and its impact on financial inclusion. The findings of the study suggest that Nagad has emerged as a strong competitor in the MFS sector, significantly increasing the number of financially included individuals in both urban and rural areas. Its affordable transaction fees, user-friendly platform, and government-supported initiatives have positioned it as a key player in promoting financial inclusion in Bangladesh. In conclusion, the report highlights the importance of mobile financial services in accelerating financial inclusion and emphasizes that continued innovation, regulatory support, and public awareness will further strengthen the role of Nagad in the financial sector.
