The primary objective of this analysis is to assess FiTrust Corporation’s operational strengths and challenges, particularly in areas such as documentation accuracy, shipment scheduling, and compliance with global trade standards. Special attention is given to recurring issues in supply chain coordination, including delays in LC processing and shipment mismatches, which directly affect client satisfaction and efficiency.
