dc.description.abstractThis internship report presents a comprehensive analysis of FiTrust Corporation, a leading indenting agent in Bangladesh, with a focus on its role in international trade facilitation, supplier–buyer coordination, and operational efficiency. The study evaluates FiTrust Corporation’s performance by examining its procurement strategies, client relationship management, and competitive positioning within the dynamic indenting industry. The primary objective of this analysis is to assess FiTrust Corporation’s operational strengths and challenges, particularly in areas such as documentation accuracy, shipment scheduling, and compliance with global trade standards. Special attention is given to recurring issues in supply chain coordination, including delays in LC processing and shipment mismatches, which directly affect client satisfaction and efficiency. The report also highlights FiTrust Corporation’s strategic initiatives in market expansion and digital transformation, including the adoption of automated tracking systems and enhanced communication platforms to streamline operations. These initiatives reflect FiTrust Corporation’s commitment to sustainability, transparency, and long-term competitiveness in the global trading arena. Through this assessment, the report aims to provide actionable insights that can strengthen FiTrust Corporation’s financial strategy, operational effectiveness, and client service excellence.
