This executive summary highlights the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) practices of Southeast Bank Limited, a leading private commercial bank in Bangladesh. The bank uses HRIS to manage key human resource functions such as employee records, recruitment, payroll, attendance and leave management, performance appraisal, training, and compliance reporting. The HRIS helps Southeast Bank improve efficiency and accuracy by reducing manual work and administrative errors. It enables centralized data management and supports management in making informed decisions through timely HR reports and analytics.
